#17 Browser Notifications


Checkout ember-cli-push-js-shim – an easy way to send notifications to your browser.
An example action

Will show this in chrome:

and this in safari:

This library uses push.js and will request permission from the browser if your app doesn’t have it.  It is also cross-browser and should work on most modern browsers and according to this page, it works on safari, firefox, chrome and opera.
